CARPO is the advocacy group for regional planning issues within
Connecticut. It promotes the concept of regional planning
in close cooperation with local units of government and the
State.
--- CARPO speaks as a representative body with regard to policies
of concern to regional planning and strengthens cooperation.
--- The organization provides a vehicle for negotiation and
liaison with state agencies and reviews legislation affecting
regional planning.
